3- E-mail



it's preferred to be a Gmail email account and you have to install Outlook 2010, as a lot of
translators don't know how important this step that you can have all your emails stored in your PC, so if any thing happened to the server or your email account has been hacked, you have all your emails and customers contacts saved and stored in your PC, so this step guarantee that for you...
 First sign in at your Gmail and from settings choose Forwarding and POP/IMAP then choose Enable POP for all mail and then Save Changes...
Then after installing outlook 2010, open the program and follow the steps to add a new account:

1-Choose File from the menu
2- Add account
3- choose manually configure server settings or additional server types.
4- then Internet E-mail
5- your name: write your name
6- E-mail address: put your full e-mail address
7- Account type: choose POP3
8- Incoming mail server: pop.gmail.com
9- outgoing mail server: smtp.gmail.com
10- Username: put your full email address
11- Password: put your email password.
12- then press more settings button
13- go to outgoing server tab and mark at my outgoing server smtp requires authentication.
14- and mark at use same settings as my incoming mail server.
15- go to advanced tab and put the number 995 in front of incoming server (pop3) and mark at this server requires an encrypted connection(SSL)
16- put the number 465 in front of outgoing server (smtp) and choose from the combo box under that line SSL and and press ok

Then Next then Finish...
By doing so you have your Gmail account connected to outlook with all the amazing features of using outlook that you will experience yourself
